In love with the regional products Fatima Galego tried to recover an almost lost tradition while meeting the current trends. Investigated together the oldest people in the village and managed to compile some carobs traditional recipes. Thus she began creating carobs cakes and bread, one of the most praised products. Awarded several times, Fátima Galego produces various cakes based on carob, almond, fig and corn. Traditional cakes, carob and fig cookies, sugar-free cakes, tarts and pies are delights to accompany a flower tea, another of Fatima Galego productions.
